Payment Terms

Payment terms are no later than 7 days from the date of invoice (unless prior arrangements or finance have been made). We do ask when possible for the payment to be made upon completion of the job. For larger scale jobs / projects, invoices will be split and paid upon completion of different stages (unless prior arrangements have been made). For example on a bathroom refurbishment, we have completed both the rip out of the old suite and first fix of the new suite, a payment will need to be made to cover the cost of materials and the work that has been completed so far. With larger scale projects working for contractors and or builders the same scenario will apply on each plot / property. We may ask for a deposit for any projects of a certain size.

We provide an emergency call-out service, We cannot guarantee that one of our engineers will be available 24/7 but we will do our very best to answer your call!

Callbacks and guarantees:

We pride ourselves in high-quality workmanship, however, should a problem arise or something you are not happy about that is at our fault, we will always return and fix the problem for you at no extra cost.

System upgrades disclaimer:

When upgrading from an old gravity fed system to a sealed pressurised system, for example, if any old pipework is to be reused, AquaGas Plumbing & Heating cannot be held responsible for any potential leaks or problems caused by the upgrade in pressure.
